Race Director University is dedicated to providing comprehensive training, development, and continuing education for road race management organizations, race directors, and timing companies. Our objective is to ensure that every race director is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage events safely and efficiently. Through our program, participants will gain insights into best practices, innovative strategies, and the latest industry standards.

Race Director University offers a specialized Associate Race Director Certification Program designed to address past issues, permit rejections, and logistical challenges faced by race organizations. Our tailored program aims to support race directors and event producers in avoiding legal pitfalls related to technical issues. The RDU ACADEMY is designed for individuals 18-24 who are interested in becoming event producers or race directors. This program includes resources, instructors, and other promotional tools, to be disclosed in 2025.
