ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
This no-refund policy applies to all Race Director University products and services, including but not limited to:
- All Certification Programs (Levels I, II, III, IV, and V)
- Associate Race Director Certification
- RDU Academy Certification
- Cross Country Course Development Certification
- All Certification Bundles (Foundation, Professional, Executive, Master)
- All Digital Resources (Legal Playbook, templates, guides, etc.)
- Any other digital products or services offered by RDU
1. Acknowledgment of No-Refund Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand that all digital products and courses are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon purchase.
- Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason.
- You have reviewed the course descriptions, curriculum outlines, and program details before purchasing and are satisfied that the product meets your needs.
- You waive any right to dispute charges with your credit card company or payment processor based on dissatisfaction with the product after purchase.
2. Course Access and Completion
Access Period
Each certification program has a designated completion timeframe as stated on the course description page. You are responsible for completing your coursework within the specified period.
- Levels I & II: 90 days to complete
- Level III: 6 months to complete
- Levels IV & V: 2 years to complete
Extensions
Time extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of RDU and may require additional fees. Extension requests must be made in writing before the original completion deadline expires.
Failure to Complete
If you fail to complete your certification within the allotted time, your access may be revoked without refund. You may be required to re-enroll and pay the current course fee to continue.
3. Digital Resources
All digital resources, including but not limited to the RDU Legal Playbook, templates, checklists, guides, and supplementary materials, are provided "as is" upon purchase. These resources are for your personal and professional use only. No refunds will be issued for digital resources for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with content
- Technical difficulties on your end
- Failure to download or access materials
- Changes in your circumstances or needs
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, documents, templates, and resources are the exclusive property of Race Director University and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials
- Record, screenshot, or capture any video or audio content
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to any third party
- Use any materials for commercial purposes beyond your own race directing activities
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.
5. Certification Requirements
To receive your RDU certification, you must:
- Complete all required coursework and modules
- Pass all required assessments and examinations
- Complete any required field experience (where applicable)
- Adhere to all program requirements and deadlines
RDU reserves the right to deny certification to any student who fails to meet these requirements or who violates these Terms of Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Race Director University provides educational content and certification programs. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, income, or career advancement. Your success depends on your own efforts, skills, and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in DeKalb County, Illinois, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Race Director University.
8. Modifications to Terms
RDU reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our products and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
